Influencer Pricing Calculator: what should you charge?
What should you charge? It is the question every creator dreads, because quote too high and the brand vanishes, quote too low and you have set a ceiling you will fight to raise later. The honest answer starts with your reach and engagement, not a number you heard another creator mention.
Add your followers and engagement and this works out a price for each content type in rupees, the same maths brands use to sanity-check what you ask for. Then it builds the whole thing into a rate card you can download and send.

Your Instagram followers and engagement rate drive the pricing. Add a YouTube handle and subscribers too if you work across both.
Tick the content you offer and the Instagram rates fill in automatically. Adjust any number to match what you already charge.
Once the pricing looks right, download it as a PDF or PNG and you have a rate card ready to send to a brand.
How the pricing is worked out
Pricing starts with your follower tier, which sets a band, then your engagement rate moves you within it. A 4 percent engagement creator prices above a 1 percent one at the same follower count, because brands pay for an audience that responds, not one that scrolls past.
From the base post price, reels come in higher because they reach beyond your followers, and stories lower because they disappear in a day. Niche matters too: a finance audience prices above a lifestyle one. Every figure is a starting price, so you keep room to add for usage rights, exclusivity or a tight deadline.
The calculation runs in your browser using the same Indian market model as the earnings calculators. Nothing you enter is uploaded or saved.
Pricing yourself with confidence
Price the package, not the post. Brands rarely want a single piece, so quote a bundle, a couple of reels plus a few stories, as one number. A bundle is harder to haggle down and steers the talk away from a per-post rate that makes you look cheap.
Hold a floor and stick to it. The first offer is usually a test, and creators who counter calmly rather than accept on the spot tend to close higher. Knowing your numbers before the conversation is what makes that counter easy to send.
Charge for the extras brands forget to mention. Usage rights to run your content as an ad, exclusivity in your category, a rush turnaround. Each adds to the base, and they are where most creators leave money behind.
